All Collegiate Chapters are required to register their web sites with Delta Zeta National Headquarters. Please review and comply with Delta Zeta's website policy for chapter policies. Please note that after you have submitted your registration, your site must be approved by the Delta Zeta National Website Committee before it is linked to National website. If it is not approved, you will be notified by the Website Committee.
Click below for the Standard Permission Form for use of an individual's image on Delta Zeta Sorority's National Website or a Chapter Website. You must have permission of the people whose pictures you post on the site, which you can obtain by asking them to sign the Standard Permission Form. Keep the form on file with your chapter records. Remember, do not use names to identify people who are in any photos posted on the site.
